The starting posture

Concentration is important, hold the ball still
for a second in front of you.

For a right-handed player in neutral
side-by-side standing they have to make a step forward with the left leg to
stand balanced.
How to play the overhead serve
-
The ball is thrown up about a half meter till
one meter, just in front of the head and in front of the right-shoulder.
(throw with both hands for precision, you will have more touch).

Accompany the
ball until head-height, than let go (toss).

Arch-tension
with the hitting-arm and rotation of the body at the hip when stepping with the
left foot.

The ball has to
be hitten with open hand and in front of the shoulder and the hitting-arm is
fully stretched.

Elbow rotates
from behind to frontal.

After the blow
step forward into the court.
-
Always let
children do it in the same rhythm.
