Build-up of a training 

Every training should consist at least of the following subject:

Introduction
1/4 of the training
Subject 1: Teach
1/4 of the training
Subject 2: Repeat and improve 
1/4 of the training
A game
1/4 of the training

- september education of raw basic movements
- october balskills
- november ballskills through education of movements
- december rotating - all raw basic movements
- january ballskills, timing
- february education of movement,co-ordination and balance
- march ballskills through education of movements or moving to music
- april rotating all skills
- may games or playful form with the accent on volleyball-elements.
- june filling in, it is your choice.
